Qualifications:
Must have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field and a willingness to learn Capture Manager, Business Development and/or Proposal Management. (additional education, training or experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
Understanding of full Business Development Lifecycle management to include developing initial contacts and growing relationships with government customers and industry partners.
Quick Books Pro and Advanced knowledge of Excel
Expertise and ability to handle and manage many activities at once, knowing how to effectively prioritize.
Excellent communication and written skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Job Types: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 7AM-3:30PM EST
Business Development:
Conduct market research (SAMs, BidSpeed, eVA, etc.) and develop and implement acquisition plans/strategies; Support proposal development processes, including planning, organizing, strategy development, scheduling, ensuring compliance, writing, coordinating overall activities, preparing and communicating status reports, critiquing and making improvement recommendations, coordinating and assisting in proposal production, and leading all related tasks necessary to compete for and win contract awards. Review and analyze Solicitation and related documents. Provide input on proposal development; Maintain and update all proposal procedures, templates, checklists, forms and other artifacts; Oversee process for capturing and disseminating artifacts useful for generation of proposals such as past proposals, resumes, past performance information, and graphics.
Human Resources
Provide recruiting support across multiple programs and stakeholders, Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking; conduct initial phone call screens of candidates and video interviews. NO in person interviews; Source and screen resumes; Recruit, interview and place skilled information technology professionals for contract positions.
Accounting
Maintain financial records and daily computations (receipts) to update account records; Prepares invoices for billing and verifying financial data; Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounts; Experience in payroll processing (Quickbooks).
Administrative /Clerical
Manage all professional and personal affairs for the CEO including but not limited to Schedule Management, Travel, Meeting Preparation, Management and follow-up, information management and flow ensuring the CEO is kept up to date on all important and relevant business information.Serve as a trusted advisor and representative to the CEO. Enable rapid, well-informed decision-making by filtering, aggregating, and organizing data from key sources and presenting in an actionable format. Support the CEO in preparing for existing and future BD pursuits.
