Description
- 5–10+ years of experience with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or AWS RDS.
- Strong skills in SQL development, stored procedures, data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Experience with data migration, ETL, data validation, and integration with REST APIs.
- Ability to design databases that support large data volumes and high numbers of concurrent users.
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or Appian Government Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agile and DevSecOps tools such as Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, RMF, and Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA).
- Experience implementing role-based access controls, encryption, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
